Privacy

Your data, used for your project only.

We collect what we need to design, engineer and quote your structure, and nothing else.

Designs. The Studio saves your design in your own browser. Nothing leaves your device until you save a link, send an enquiry or request an order.
Saved links. A saved design is stored under a private random link. Anyone with the link can view the geometry. Your address is never part of a shared link.
Enquiries and orders. Your name, email, phone, site address, notes and any files you upload go only to the ARCVEIL engineering team, to reply to you and prepare your quote.
Where it is stored. On Cloudflare infrastructure. Uploaded files are stored privately and are never published.
Analytics. We count anonymous events, such as a design being saved, to improve the Studio. No advertising trackers and no selling of data.
Your choices. Ask us at hello@arcveil.com.au for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.
